The State Department for Trade hosted a special Art and Exhibition event at its offices, celebrating the intersection of culture, creativity, and trade diversification.

Held ahead of Utamaduni Day, marked annually on 10th October, the exhibition brought together young artists showcasing their creativity as a means of promoting cultural expression and economic empowerment.

The event was organized by Kenyatta University students Jeremy Esete and Vincent Mawira, both third-year Mathematics and Economics scholars, whose initiative blended academic insight with artistic innovation.

She added that “art and creativity are opening new areas of trade, and the digital world is embracing the innovation of young people
